Educators 4 Excellence (E4E)’s mission is to ensure that the voices of classroom teachers are included in the decisions that affect the teaching profession and students. A teacher-led organization, E4E seeks to raise the quality and prestige of the teaching profession, to lead overtime to increased student achievement. E4E focuses on organizing teachers to pursue leadership roles; engaging in thought leadership through published white papers; and promoting change via direct advocacy. Educators 4 Excellence operates chapters in five cities enabling teachers to learn about education policy, connect with like-minded colleagues, and take action to ensure that the classroom experience informs the decisions that impact the teaching profession and students.
